SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an aerosol generating device and to an aerosol generating system. The aerosol generating device for generating aerosol by the dispersion of aerosol forming powder to air flow contains a device case containing an air flow passage passing through it and made with the possibility of accommodating a capsule containing aerosol forming powder for outputting to the air flow passage, as well as magnetic executive element made with the possibility of generating capsule movement when placing in the device case for deagglomeration of aerosol forming powder inside the capsule. The magnetic executive element contains at least one fixed magnetic coil inside the device case for generating a magnetic field. The magnetic executive element additionally contains a movable core made with the possibility of moving in response to the magnetic field of the fixed magnetic coil. The core is made with the possibility of connecting to the capsule in order to transmit the core movement to the capsule. The movable core contains or forms a holder for accommodating and holding the capsule inside the device case.
EFFECT: creation of the device containing a means for deagglomeration of aerosol forming powder inside the capsule.
