SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an aerosol-generating apparatus for generating a respirable aerosol. The apparatus comprises a tactile element configured to create tactile feedback with the user. The apparatus comprises an air flow sensor configured to detect an air flow passing through the air flow channel of the apparatus, and a detection element configured to detect at least one of the following: the type of aerosol-generating product inserted into the heating chamber of the apparatus, the type of the desired tactile feedback, the inhalation duration of the user, the number of inhalations over a certain period of time, the time of day when the user inhales, and the stage of inhalation of the user. The apparatus additionally comprises a controller connected with the detection element and the tactile element. The controller is configured to control the operation of the tactile element based on the operation of said detection element.
EFFECT: production of an aerosol-generating apparatus for generating a respirable aerosol.
