SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the food industry, in particular to confectionery. A method for preparing lollipops is proposed, which consists in preparing raw materials, grinding, mixing components and forming a candy body in which bananas, apples are cut into plates 2-2.5 mm thick, and the seeds are removed from the plums, then all fruits are dried in a dehydrator at a temperature of 50-55°C, bananas for at least 12 hours, apples for at least 16 hours and plums for at least 20 hours, then the components are crushed to a particle size of no more than 1 mm and mixed in the following ratio, wt. %: bananas 20-22, plums 30-33 and apples the rest is up to 100, after that, natural flower honey is added, 7-10%, of the total mass of the filler mixture, thoroughly mixed and balls with a diameter of 2.5-4 cm are formed, then chocolate glaze is prepared by dissolving chocolate with a cocoa product content of at least 82% in milk with a fat content of at least 3.5% in a ratio of 3 tablespoons of milk for every 100 g of chocolate at a temperature of 70-100°C, and then the balls are strung on sticks and dipped in chocolate glaze.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at obtaining a product with high organoleptic characteristics, in particular a rich and deep taste, enriched with vitamins, macro- and microelements, without losing the properties of natural components.
