FIELD: displays.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to displays or screens for creating an image of augmented or combined reality. The augmented and combined reality screen comprises a body, located wherein are: a group of input diffraction components, consisting of a square optical lattice, configured to input the rays of an image into the waveguide and distributing said rays in at least one direction; a waveguide configured to spread the rays of an image; a group of output diffraction components, consisting of a square optical lattice, configured to output the rays of the image in the direction of the eyes of the user and distribute the rays of the image throughout the entire volume of the waveguide in at least three directions; a group of input diffraction components, encircling or partially encircling the group of output diffraction components in order to return or partially return the rays of the image escaping the waveguide back to the waveguide.
EFFECT: screen increases the efficiency of image transmission, the colour uniformity of the virtual image.
