FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the medical industry, namely production of sugar-free caramel pharmaceutical forms containing a source of calcium. The proposed preventive caramel improving the remineralising potential of the oral fluid comprises isomalt, calcium lactate, flavouring dye, citric acid, wherein the caramel comprises calcium lactate in the form of a solid solution in a caramel base, additionally containing molasses, at the following content of the components, wt.%: isomalt 61.3; molasses 23.39; calcium lactate 14.82; flavouring dye 0.03; citric acid 0.46.
EFFECT: proposed preventive agent in the form of caramel improves the remineralising potential of the oral fluid, exhibits improved pharmacological and consumer properties compared to the prototype.
