FIELD: expresso coffee machine.
SUBSTANCE: expresso coffee machine is described, containing at least one dosing group that dispenses portions of expresso coffee, a pressure sensor located in the dosing group, a measuring device and a control unit. The pressure sensor measures the dosing pressure values in the dosing group. The measuring device measures values indicating the amount of liquid at the inlet or outlet of the dosing group. Using the dosing pressure values obtained from the pressure sensor and the liquid quantity indicating values obtained from the measuring device, the control unit adjusts the dosing pressure of each portion according to the dosing pressure profile depending on the amount of liquid.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to create and/or reproduce pressure profiles strictly related to changes in the mass or volume of the liquid used.
