FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: fertilizer particle for fertigation contains a core and continuous coating, where the core contains inorganic nutritious salts, and continuous coating is a single layer and contains from 97 to 99% wt./wt. of mineral oil, from 1 to 3% wt./wt. of primary alkylamines and from 0.1 to 1.0% wt./wt. of water-insoluble particles, and it is from 0.05 to 0.25% wt./wt. of the particle. Primary alkylamines are selected from a group of linear C12-C20 compounds with terminal amine, water-insoluble particles are selected from a group consisting of talc, clays, dolomite, calcium silicates, and mineral oil is selected from a mixture that is liquid at a room temperature, has a boiling temperature in the range from 300 to 600°C and contains mainly C15-C50 linear hydrocarbons, branched hydrocarbons and/or aromatic hydrocarbons.
EFFECT: proposed fertilizer particles are stable and suitable for fertigation, show reduced tendency to dust formation, allow for avoiding surface films, when dissolving particles in water, even if very hydrophobic mineral oil is less dense than water, and fertigation solutions using fertilizer particles do not clog nozzles in fertigation systems.
