FIELD: smoking devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of innovative tobacco smoking technology. Disclosed in the present invention is a method for monitoring the temperature of the heating apparatus in an electrically heated smoking system and an electrically heated smoking system. The method therein includes: setting a constant or time-varying value of temperature; supplying a constant current to the heating apparatus by means of a constant current power source; and monitoring the actual temperature of the heating apparatus for the purpose of maintaining the temperature at the level of the preset temperature. The stage of monitoring the temperature therein includes: obtaining a value of voltage, corresponding to the constant current at the two ends of the electric heating apparatus; obtaining the value of the actual temperature of the heating apparatus in accordance with the value of voltage; comparing the actual value of temperature of the heating apparatus with the preset value of temperature; and maintaining the actual value of temperature of the heating apparatus at the level of the preset temperature by adjusting the heating power supply.

EFFECT: provided precise control of the temperature of the heating apparatus.
