FIELD: industrial waste processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a technology for processing industrial waste, in particular titanium-magnetite ore, to obtain products used in industry. Waste titanium-magnetite ore is treated with ammonium hydrofluoride, followed by treatment of the resulting product with an aqueous solution of ammonia. The crystalline ammonium hydrofluoride is added at a mass ratio of 1:(1-3). Distilled water is added to obtain a 5-15% solution of ammonium hydrofluoride, heated to a temperature of 80-90°C and kept with stirring at this temperature for 2.0-2.5 hours, filtered and 10-25 % aqueous ammonia solution to obtain a pH of 6-8. Incubate at room temperature for 8-12 hours. The resulting precipitate is separated, washed with distilled water and filtered for 1-1.5 hours at room temperature. Active lime CaO obtained after preliminary calcination at 1100-1200°C is added at a mass ratio of feedstock to active lime (3-4):1. Then thoroughly mixed and dried at a temperature of 85-90°С, then calcined at a temperature of 900-950°С for 2-2.5 hours.
EFFECT: method provides for the expansion of the range of products used in industry, namely the production of calcium silicate CaSiO3 with a wollastonite structure.
