SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of sending a reference signal. Information about the transmission configuration of vehicle synchronization signal blocks (VSSB) in the “vehicle connected to Everything” (V2X) communication system using the “New Radio” (NR) technology is determined, and the transmission configuration information contains: the period of sending VSSB blocks and the position in the time domain of the time window of sending VSSB within the sending period. According to the transmission configuration information, an N number of VSSB blocks are sent in a periodically appearing time window for sending VSSB, and N is an integer greater than or equal to one. At the same time, each VSSB contains: a primary synchronization signal for direct communication (PSSS), a secondary synchronization signal for direct communication (SSSS), a physical direct broadcast channel (PSBCH) and a demodulation reference signal (DMRS).

EFFECT: ensuring fast synchronization in the time domain between the device installed in the vehicle and the receiving terminal in the NR V2X system.
