FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to the technology of producing a functional biodegradable vascular prosthesis of small diameter with a drug coating from a mixture of biocompatible polymers ε-polycaprolactone and polyhydroxybutyrate / valerate, with introduced into the structure angiogenic factors and thromboresistent inner surface for the operations of vascular reconstruction. Basis of the prosthesis is made by emulsion electrospinning, forming two layers with different functional activity: the inner layer is 1/3 of the prosthesis wall and contains vascular endothelial growth factor, outer layer makes 2/3 of the prosthesis wall and contains a mixture of the main fibroblast growth factor and stromal factor-1 alpha. Thromboresistance of the prosthesis is achieved by forming an inner surface of a hydrogel coating of polyvinylpyrrolidone with subsequent introduction of antithrombogenic drugs: unfractionated heparin and iloprost or their analogues.
EFFECT: production of a bioactive biodegradable small-diameter vascular graft with a thromboresistent internal surface for effective functioning after implantation into the bloodstream and regeneration of blood vessel tissues based thereon.
