An expression vector, a genetically engineered cytotoxic cell, and a pharmaceutical composition are disclosed. A method for producing a chimeric antigen receptor and a method for the treatment of cancer are also disclosed.
EFFECT: invention allows for the effective treatment of a disease associated with a tyrosine-kinase growth factor receptor.
