FIELD: chemical technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a chemical technology for producing highly pure organic semiconductors and concerns the development of a method for deep purification of organometallic complexes formed by 8-hydroxyquinoline with metals, with the general formula MeQy, which are used as organic semiconductor materials, for example, in OLED technology. Cleaning is carried out by re-sublimation in a dynamic vacuum with stepwise heating to the operating temperature and annealing of the substance at several intermediate temperatures with control of the removal of volatile fractions and with the receiver overheating above the sublimation temperature of the base substance during annealing. The temperature and time of the beginning of the removal of each fraction is determined by the beginning of the accelerated increase in the pressure of the residual gases, and the time of the end of the removal of the fraction - by the restoration of the pressure preceding the beginning of the removal of the fraction.

EFFECT: invention provides increased efficiency of deep cleaning of organometallic complexes by the method for vacuum re-sublimation by suppressing the mechanical transfer of particles of the initial mixture to the receiving zone, as well as by eliminating the possibility of overlapping the zones of deposition of the product and impurities.
