SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a system and method for installing modular equipment of a distribution cabinet in the body of a distribution cabinet equipped with fasteners for several modules of electrical and/or electronic sets and additional technical components: a computerized auxiliary unit for determining a high-performance sequence of assembly stages by analysing the planned structure and dividing into individual assembly stages based on each other and subject to execution with the aid of an installation specialist or a robotic apparatus, at least one indicator unit for graphic and/or textual information, installed on the assembly site for at least one installation specialist in order to display the manual assembly stages of the determined sequence of assembly stages, at least one input unit for confirming the execution of the assembly stage by the installation specialist, so that the auxiliary unit registers the execution and initiates the subsequent planned assembly stage.

EFFECT: solution is aimed at ensuring high performance by determining the minimum possible duration of assembly.
