FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: automated multi-module tool is proposed for editing specific target regions of the cell genome using RNA-guided nuclease (options). The tool contains a case, a container for receiving cells, a container for receiving nucleic acids, a module for growing cells, a transformation module, a recovery module, a module for nuclease-guided editing, a processor and an automated liquid supply system. In the first option, the tool contains a container for receiving nucleic acids, in the second option, it contains a module for nucleic acid assembly, and in the third option, it contains a module for nucleic acid assembly and a filtration module.
EFFECT: inventions provide for the introduction of collected nucleic acids and other biological molecules into living cells in an automatic mode, in which the edited cells can be used for further experiments.
