FIELD: audio data decoding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for decoding of a bit audio stream with metadata of extended copying of a spectral band. At least one block of an encoded bit audio stream is received. A part of at least one block of the encoded bit audio stream is demultiplexed. A part of at least one block of the encoded bit audio stream is decoded. At least one block of the encoded bit audio stream includes a filling element with an identifier indicating the beginning of the filling element, and filling data after the identifier. Filling data includes at least one flag identifying, whether the processing of extended copying of the spectral band should be performed for audio content of at least one block of the encoded bit audio stream, and metadata of extended copying of the spectral band.
EFFECT: increase in the decoding efficiency.
