FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and can be used to correct myopia using a low-energy femtosecond laser. For this, the parameters of the future corneal lenticule are set on the embedded software of the low-energy femtosecond laser FEMTO LDV Z8, the vacuum ring of the laser installation is docked with the surface of the eyeball, and the center of the pupil is determined. If the center of the pupil coincides with the anatomical center of the lenticule, then using optical coherence tomography (OCT), the depth and position of the lenticule are determined. When the depth and position of the lenticulum correspond to the programmable parameters, femtodissection of the corneal lenticle is performed. If the center of the pupil does not coincide with the anatomical center of the lenticule, then the online displacement of the lenticule relative to the center of the pupil is performed until they coincide. Next, using OCT, the depth and position of the lenticula are determined, and if the depth and position of the lenticule correspond to the programmed parameters, femtodissection of the corneal lenticula is performed.
EFFECT: invention ensures the accuracy of the performed manipulations due to the centering of the lenticula relative to the pupil and the possibility of intraoperative displacement of the lenticula.
