SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. The lenticule is formed during the ReLEX SMILE operation in case of myopia and mild astigmatism. Through an incision of 2.0-2.5 mm, the lower surface of the lenticule is separated alternately in the form of 3-4 separate sectors, between which intact bridges are left along the marginal zone of the lenticule 2 mm long. The lenticule is stretched, the bridges are dissected and the lenticule is extracted with a thickness of 35-50 mcm.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce intraoperative complications during the formation of a thin lenticule during the ReLEX SMILE operation.
