FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmosurgery. Myopia and myopic astigmatism are corrected by femtosecond intrastromal extraction of the lenticule with a small incision using the CLEAR technique on a Ziemer FEMTO LDV Z8 apparatus. Thickness of the upper corneal layer is 130–135 mcm, after which the lenticule is removed and the upper corneal layer is adapted to the stroma with the help of a micro eye spear.

EFFECT: method provides obtaining a smoother surface of the cornea in the optical zone, promotes faster and more complete adaptation of the corneal surface after extraction of the lenticule, improves visual acuity earlier after the operation, reduces the length of rehabilitation.
