FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used to treat non-union of long bones accompanied by bone defects. Femoral fragments are isolated from the scar tissue from the lateral access with a length of 10.0 cm and medial access with a length of 8.0 cm in the middle and lower third of the thigh. Resection of the bone ends of the non-union zone, drilling of the bone marrow canal are performed. Bone defects of non-union and defects formed after resection are filled with autografts from the iliac crest, bone fragments obtained during resection of the ends of non-fusion and gene-activated osteoplastic material in the form of granules with a diameter of 1.0 mm mixed with the venous blood of the patient. The ratio of bone autograft and gene-activated osteoplastic material is 1:1. The fragments are fixed with a distal femoral plate with angular stability of screws according to a minimally invasive technique. From the medial access, mechanical stabilization of bone fragments and granules of gene-activated osteoplastic material is performed with a reconstructive plate with angular stability of screws.

EFFECT: method provides stimulation of reparative regeneration of bone tissue in the area of non-union, stable fixation of bone fragments, union of fragments and shortening the treatment period through the use of gene-activated osteoplastic material, fixation with two plates with angular stability and a combination of osteoplastic material and bone autograft.
