FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present group of inventions relates to medicine. Invention discloses a personalized gene-activated implant for bone defect replacement in a mammal and method for production thereof, involving computed tomography of the bone grafting area, simulating the bone defect, 3D printing the form of a biocompatible carrier and combination of the biocompatible carrier with nucleic acids. Disclosed is a method for treating bone defects or bone tissue atrophy in a mammal, comprising implantation of a personalized gene-activated implant in bone tissue.
EFFECT: presented group of inventions provides the effective means and methods for bone defect replacement in a mammal with the help of 3D-reconstruction.
