SUBSTANCE: presented are: a therapeutic recombinant molecule containing human Fc IgG1, containing a CH2 domain, as well as an application thereof for treating various diseases, a recombinant polynucleotide encoding the molecule, an expression vector, a host cell, methods for producing the recombinant molecule, a recombinant polypeptide, a pharmaceutical composition, a method for treating a disease or disorder.
EFFECT: new molecules containing Fc with modifications in the Fc region with reduced binding to C1q and Fc gamma receptors allow for application thereof in treatment of cancer.
