SUBSTANCE: inventions can be used to collect energy from the environment. Proposed is a solid-state energy accumulator containing a first layer containing a first suboxide of a transition metal and a solid electrolyte (SE), a second layer containing a mixture of a second suboxide of a transition metal and lanthanide oxide or dioxide, wherein said mixture forms an SE, a third layer containing a third suboxide of a transition metal and an SE, wherein the first suboxide of a transition metal and the third suboxide of a transition metal are different. The solid-state energy accumulator can have two or three electrodes per cell and generates electricity in the presence of water vapour and oxygen.

EFFECT: inventions provide a possibility of generating energy as needed from the environment for various applications.
