FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: support table for a patient undergoing medical imaging contains a conveyor belt system containing: a conveyor belt supported in a stretched state and passing through a tunnel of an imaging device; and driven reels located at opposite ends of the tunnel to move the conveyor belt through the tunnel. Table supports are located outside the tunnel of the imaging device at opposite ends of the tunnel, and they support the conveyor belt outside the tunnel of the imaging device. A sensor is made with the possibility of measuring a sagging value of the conveyor belt. A controller of the belt conveyor system contains an electronic processor programmed to receive the measured sagging value from the sensor; and to increase the tension of the conveyor belt to reduce the sagging value by controlling the reel drive. The tension force is determined by the formula: F≈gM*L/S, where F is the force that must be applied to the conveyor belt hanging over a gap of length L in order to balance the weight M in sagging S under the action of gravity acceleration g. A system for vacuum sealing of a medical container is disclosed.
EFFECT: providing sufficient support and low sagging in the visual field of imaging.
