FIELD: storage.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to underground horizontal tanks and can be used for collecting and storing liquid and bulk materials. The tank made by the rotary moulding method consists of adjacent hollow end, through intermediate, branching, and corner blocks. The surface of each block is equipped with stiffening ribs and supporting elements. The end, intermediate, and corner blocks are equipped with a neck with a locking cover, also equipped with stiffening ribs. All stiffening ribs of the blocks and covers are made smoothly extending into the surfaces thereof and merging therewith. The stiffening ribs of the end blocks are made alternating in the form of protrusions in the form of a loop enveloping the neck placed in the upper part by the closed end and extending to the lower part of the block, in the form of symmetrical oval recesses placed on the side walls of the block on both sides by the end of the end block, in the form of paired spindle-shaped protrusions enveloping the end block in the form of a ring, and a rectangular plate placed in the upper part of the block and adjacent to the neck. The supporting element is therein placed in the lower part along the block and is made in the form of a rectangle with five projections, wherein four of said protrusions are pairwise symmetrical. The stiffening ribs of the intermediate blocks are made alternating in the form of paired curved protrusions symmetrically on both sides of the neck located in the centre of the upper part of the block, enveloping the block in the form of a ring, in the form of symmetrical oval recesses placed in the middle of the side walls on both sides of the block, and two rectangular plates placed in the upper part of the block on both sides of the neck and adjacent thereto. The supporting element is therein placed in the lower part along the block and is made H-shaped. The stiffening ribs of the branching blocks are made in the form of symmetrical paired spindle-shaped protrusions enveloping the main part of the block in the form of a ring, in the form of an oval recess placed in the middle of the main part of the block, and a protrusion enveloping the diverting part of the block in the form of a ring. The supporting element is therein placed in the lower part along the block and is made H-shaped. The stiffening ribs of the corner blocks are made in the form of protrusions in the form of a double loop enveloping the neck placed in the upper part and extending to the base of the block, in the form of oval recesses placed symmetrically on the side wall of the block, and a rectangular plate placed in the upper part of the block and adjacent to the neck. The supporting element is therein placed in the lower part along the block, made in the form of a triangle with three protrusions and a recess. The stiffening ribs of the covers of necks of the end, intermediate, and corner blocks are made in the form of two rectangular plates and separate arc-shaped elements placed between said plates, directed from the periphery to the centre of the cover and interconnected at the centre.
EFFECT: tank is characterised by high strength.
