FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biochemistry, in particular to a molecule of recombinant nucleic acid to provide a plant with resistance to insects of orders of lepidoptera, coleoptera and/or hemiptera. A transformed plant and its part, a seed, a composition, a commodity product containing the specified molecule, polypeptide encoded with the specified molecule are also disclosed. A method for combating lepidoptera and coleoptera insects-pests using the specified molecule, and a method for detecting the specified molecule are disclosed.
EFFECT: invention allows for effective combating lepidoptera and coleoptera insects-pests.
