FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biochemistry, in particular to a recombinant nucleic acid molecule that encodes an amino acid sequence that has toxicity against representatives of Lepidoptera, Diptera, Coleoptera or nematode order. An expression vector, a host cell, a transgenic seed containing the specified molecule: a transgenic plant containing the specified cell; a recombinant polypeptide that is encoded by the specified molecule; a composition containing the specified polypeptide; a method for protecting the plant or increasing the yield of the plant using the specified molecule; a feed product containing the specified molecule are also claimed. A method for pest control and a method for destroying pests with the help of the specified polypeptide; a method for obtaining the specified polypeptide; the use of the specified molecule to protect the plant from the pest are disclosed.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to effectively combat insect pests of Lepidoptera, Diptera, Coleoptera or nematode order.
