FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, to methods for experimental modeling of pathological processes occurring in the urinary system. A method for modeling the formation of phosphate urinary stone is disclosed, based on growing the stone in an artificially created model environment of human urine, while preparing a solution, where distilled water and salts are used as initial components: CaCl2·2H2O - 7 mmol/l, MgSO4·7H2O - 4 mmol/l, NH4Cl - 8 mmol/l, K2SO4 - 6 mmol/l, (NH4)2C2O4·H2O - 1 mmol/l, (NH4)3PO4 - 10 mmol/l, K2CO3 - 7 mmol/l, KCl - 24 mmol/l, NaCl - 140 mmol/l, synthesis is carried out at pH values of 6.45÷7.45 for 24 hours at a temperature of 37.0°C.
EFFECT: invention provides modeling of the crystallization of calcium phosphates in vitro in an environment with an electrolyte composition close to human urinary fluid.
