FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of practical medicine, to methods of experimental modelling of pathological processes occurring in the urinary system. Disclosed is a method for simulating the process of formation of struvite urinary calculus, based on growing a stone in an artificially created model medium of human urine, in which the following is used to prepare a solution: CaCl2⋅2H2O – 5.00 mmol/L, MgSO4⋅7H2O – 11.00 mmol/L, KHSO4 – 69.00 mmol/L, (NH4)2C2O4⋅H2O – 0.42÷0.62 mmol/L, (NH4)3PO4 – 24÷32 mmol/L, KHCO3 – 33.00 mmol/L, NaCl – 64.00 mmol/L, NaH2PO4⋅2H2O – 8.40 mmol/L, NaOH – 85.40 mmol/L, synthesis is carried out at pH=8.00±0.05 for 24 hours at temperature of 37.0±0.5 °C.
EFFECT: invention provides modelling of struvite crystallisation in vitro in a medium with electrolyte composition close to human urinary fluid.
