FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of treating functional disorders of human shoulder joint, namely to methods of kinesitherapeutic treatment with application of machine vision means. Disclosed is a method of treating functional disorders of shoulder joint diseases, characterized by the fact that the patient’s life and disease history is first collected, performing functional diagnostics of patient’s shoulder joint and transmitting results of history collection and functional diagnostics to server, where a list of preliminary diagnoses is formed, based on which therapeutic exercises recommended for treatment are selected with frequency of repeated functional diagnostics of shoulder joint in form of exercise complexes with principles of load, aimed at recovery of human shoulder joint, while excluding from the list of said exercises those exercises which are contraindicated in concomitant diseases or in the current disease of the shoulder joint, after that, formed complexes of therapeutic exercises with recommendations on technique, number and duration of their implementation are transmitted to client application of patient, further, the patient performs said complex of therapeutic exercises, wherein the therapeutic exercises are performed by the patient in front of the video camera associated with the client application, a video sequence is formed in the client application, in which an image of a patient is selected and a skeletal three-dimensional model is constructed in the form of an undirected graph with vertices at reference points, after that, the angular movements of the reference point of the right and left shoulder joint of the person are evaluated during the therapeutic exercises and the obtained angular displacements are compared with the angular displacements of the human right and left shoulder joints of the personal norm of the angular values of the shoulder joints opening, wherein the patient is informed of errors or a signal is sent to the patient to terminate the exercise.
EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency of accurate treatment of functional disorders of shoulder joint, as well as reduced risk of injuries or aggravation of diseases of shoulder joint with independent performance of therapeutic exercises.
