FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine and biology. Described is a set of synthetic oligonucleotides flanking multiple selected sites on the RNA of the SARS-CoV2 coronavirus (primers), as well as synthetic oligonucleotides carrying a fluorescent label and a fluorescence quencher simultaneously (probes). When recognising the corresponding site in the cDNA complementary to the RNA of the SARS-CoV2 coronavirus, the primers and probes bind thereto, followed by cleavage of the probe by the DNA polymerase enzyme. During cleavage of the probe, fluorescence is enhanced, indicating the presence of target molecules in the test tube.
EFFECT: invention provides a possibility of identifying the RNA of the SARS-CoV2 coronavirus in biological samples of humans and animals, as well as in smears and swabs taken from the environment applying the PCR method in real time.
