FIELD: molecular biology, virology and biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of molecular biology, virology and biotechnology. A test system based on a reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction for the detection of SARS-CoV-2 of the Omicron line with the determination of the BA.1 subvariant, including oligonucleotide primers and a fluorescent probe, is described. EFFECT: invention provides efficient detection of SARS-CoV-2 RNA of Omicron line with detection of subvariant BA.1 by one-step reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction.
EFFECT: creation of a test system based on a reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction for the detection of SARS-CoV-2.
