FIELD: mechanical processing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical processing of products made of various materials and can be used in the processing of complex ceramic products. The method includes installing the product into the drum, fixing the product, machining the product according to the control program and performing intermediate measurements when processing the inner surface of the product by the contact method by double touching by means of a probe with a sensor that is installed in the tool spindle of the machine. The first touch of the surface with a probe is performed when feeding 50-100 mm/min, then the probe with the sensor is withdrawn 0.2-0.4 mm from the surface of the product and the second touch is performed when feeding 1-5 mm/min. Measurements are carried out, the results of which are compared with the values set by the theoretical contour. The deviation value is calculated and then the surface of the product is treated with subsequent measurements until the specified dimensions are reached.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of manufacturing the internal composite surface of the product.
