FIELD: mechanical processing of products from various materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the processing of complex-shaped ceramic products. The method includes installation of the product in the drum, fixing, machining according to the control program and performing intermediate measurements by the contact method using a probe with a sensor. The measurement results are compared with the values specified by the theoretical circuit, the deviation value is calculated, then the surface of the product is processed with subsequent measurements until the specified dimensions are reached. Before performing intermediate measurements, the theoretical circuit is loaded into the developed software (SW), in which the configuration of the measuring system is selected. In this software, the movement of the measuring system is visualized. Measurements of the product on the machine are loaded into the developed software, in which the measured circuit is superimposed on the theoretical one with the results of the deviations of the measured circuit of the inner surface of the product from the theoretical one.

EFFECT: processing accuracy is increased; the surface treatment time is reduced.
