SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a sheet of anisotropic electrical steel, the method for its manufacture and to an annealing separator. A sheet of anisotropic electrical steel, including a steel base sheet having a chemical composition containing, wt. %: C: 0.005 or less, Si: 2.5-4.5, Mn: 0.050-1,000, the total amount of S and Se: 0.005 or less, Al solution: 0.005 or less and N: 0.005 or less, and the rest is Fe and impurities, and a primary coating with Mg2SiO4 as the main component formed on the surface of the base steel sheet. In a sheet of anisotropic electrical steel, the position of the peak of the intensity of radiation Al, obtained by elemental analysis by the glow discharge spectrometry method from the surface of the primary coating in the direction of the thickness of the sheet of anisotropic electrical steel, is in the range of 2.0-12.0 mcm  from the surface of the primary coating in the direction of thickness, the sum of the perimeters of Al oxides in the position of the peak of the intensity of Al radiation is 0.20-1.00 mcm/mcm2 and the numerical density of Al oxides is 0.02-0.20/mcm2.

EFFECT: sheet has improved adhesion of the primary coating to the steel sheet, high magnetic properties.
