SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to pharmaceutics, in particular to a method for producing cranberry granules coated with xanthan gum, having a content of proanthocyanidins (hereinafter – PAC) of more than 2% (wt./wt.), by granulating in a fluidized layer. In addition, cranberry granules coated with a shell are disclosed.

EFFECT: use of this group of inventions allows for obtaining granules coated with a shell with a sustainable content of therapeutically effective PAC of more than 2% (wt./wt.).
