FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiovascular surgery. The method is carried out in two stages: surgical and endovascular stages of treatment. In the meantime, as a surgical stage, the formation of the unicuspid valve of the common femoral vein is performed. Then follows the endovascular stage, at which balloon angioplasty and stenting of the iliac veins are performed. After that, the viability of the newly formed unicuspid valve is assessed by descending femoral phlebography through puncture of the femoral zone above the zone of its reconstruction. With the consistency of the valve, the wound is sutured in layers.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to improve the quality of life of the patient, restore the functional ability of the limb, reduce the risk of disability.
