SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to functional diagnostics, and can be used in the diagnosis of breast diseases. For this purpose, an MRI examination is carried out at the first stage, in which a pre-contrast tomography is performed for 2.5-3 minutes with suppression of the signal from adipose tissue to obtain images of the breast. Then, using an automatic injector, a contrast agent is injected in a jet for 5-10 seconds, after which post-contrast tomography is performed, first with images with signal suppression from adipose tissue, then without signal suppression from adipose tissue. At the same time, post-contrast tomography is performed 10-15 seconds faster than pre-contrast. The total time of the study is 3-6 minutes. In case of detection of breast cancer and/or suspicious changes, an ultrasound examination is performed at the second stage. At the third stage, a biopsy is performed under ultrasound control or MR control. When conducting an MRI examination, a high-field magnetic resonance tomograph with a magnetic field strength of 1.5-3 T is used.

EFFECT: method provides effective diagnosis of breast diseases with a short time first stage of the study, as well as increasing the productivity of a medical institution during a mass examination, which will save the resources of medical institutions without mammography, which will reduce the radiation load on the patient.
