SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a transmitting device for transmitting vehicle-related data via a secondary link interface to one or more receiving devices. Transmitting device performs autonomous allocation of radio communication resources for transmitting vehicle-related data via an auxiliary communication line interface. Application layer generates vehicle-related data and redirects vehicle-related data together with indication of priority and one or more quality of service parameters to transmission layer, responsible for transmission of vehicle-related data via secondary communication line interface. Transmission layer performs autonomous allocation of radio communication resources based on the received priority indication and one or more quality of service parameters. Transmission layer transmits vehicle-related data via a secondary link interface to one or more receiving devices in accordance with performed autonomous distribution of radio communication resources.

EFFECT: improved quality of service (QoS) for UE-autonomous resource allocation mode with respect to V2X services.
