SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for growing microorganisms. Apparatus for growing microorganisms contains a body equipped with a bubbler, a jet aerator, including a mixing chamber with a conical bushing, connected to a liquid phase recirculation system, including a heat exchanger, connected to the jet aerator by a discharge line pipeline and to a fluid flow stimulator connected to the lower part of the body by a suction line pipeline. The side part of the housing above the allowable level of the liquid phase is connected by a pipeline through a jet aerator to the upper part of the housing. In the lower part of the housing there is a bumper connected by a pipeline to the mixing chamber, formed from two (external and internal) truncated cones. The diameter of the outer truncated cone, directed downwards with the smaller base, is greater than the diameter of the inner truncated cone, directed upwards with the smaller base. A membrane module equipped with a solenoid valve with a pore size of no more than 2 mcm is installed on the discharge line pipeline. The invention provides an increase in the productivity of the device by reducing the amount of associated microflora by removing the metabolites of the target culture, allowing you to increase the concentration of biomass in the device to 33-35 g/l with the support of the flow (dilution rates) of 0.24-0.26 h-1 (264- 286 l/h), and provide a process throughput of up to 9.1 g/(l⋅h).
