SUBSTANCE: after removing the altered sections of condylar articular surfaces one should purify the surface of condylar defect against soft tissues and level the defect so that it should have a wedge-like shape and substitute it with a metal modular wedge-like implant by applying the osseous cement. It provides congruence of articular surfaces during endoprosthetics.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of substitution.
