FIELD: digital circuitry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to digital circuitry, automation and industrial electronics. In particular, it can be used in units of computer equipment, built on logic elements. Disclosed is a triggering logic element OR/NOR, which comprises eight transistors, eleven resistors and a source of supplying DC voltage. Novelty is that inclusion of elements is changed, two additional p-n-p transistors and six additional resistors are introduced.
EFFECT: technical result is increased loading capacity of trigger logic element OR/NOR.
