SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to plastic surgery and aesthetic gynecology. An incision is made along a line dividing the inner edge of the labia majora and the outer edge of the base of the labia minora. Through it, hydropreparation is carried out. The excess skin of the labia majora is separated in a sharp way, cut off in the longitudinal direction. The resulting bed and the muscular-fascial plate of the PICU are sutured with a Z-shaped continuous suture. An adaptive intradermal suture is applied between the skin of the labia majora and the edge of the interlabial furrow, and an additional skin upholstery continuous suture.
EFFECT: method provides improvement of aesthetic result of surgical intervention with simultaneous additional lifting of labia majora tissues.
