SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to plastic surgery and aesthetic gynecology. LM lifting is performed with mesothreads made of polydioxanone. At the same time, threads 80-100 mm long are used located in 27G-26G-sized guide needles with a length of 50-80 mm. They are injected intradermally in an amount of 5-10 longitudinally for the entire length of the LM. Then, threads of 50-80 mm in length, located in 27G-26G guide needles with a length of 38-50 mm, are inserted intradermally along lines intersecting at an angle of 45° from top to bottom and from bottom to top, 10-15 threads.
EFFECT: invention provides reliable strengthening and tightening of the ptosed skin of the labia majora.
