FIELD: genetics.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a genetic construct for mNG_CD4-CXCR4 gene expression, a recombinant plasmid coding a cDNA copy of the genome of a replication-defective vesicular stomatitis virus, and recombinant vesicular stomatitis virus exhibiting human CD4 and CXCR4 receptors on its surface. Disclosed is a genetic construct for mNG_CD4 and CXCR4 gene expression, formed by sequences of fluorescent protein mNeonGreen and a human CD4 receptor and CXCR4 coreceptor fused through a P2A peptide and having the nucleotide sequence SEQ ID NO: 1. Disclosed is a recombinant plasmid rVSV_mNeonGreen [CD4-CXCR4], which codes human CD4 and CXCR4 receptors as part of a cDNA copy of the genome of the recombinant vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV), having size of 15260 bp, and containing said genetic construct. Also disclosed is a recombinant strain rVSV_mNG_CD4-CXCR4, containing said recombinant plasmid and providing targeted virolysis of cells, exposing HIV-1 tropism X4 gp120/gp41 proteins on their surface.
