SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a group of inventions: a superconcentrate composition of an additive for producing a moisture-curable polyolefin composition, moisture-curable polyolefin composition for articles, a method of making a moisture-curable polyolefin composition, a moisture-cured polyolefin composition for articles, a manufactured article, coated conductor and method of conducting electricity. Superconcentrated additive composition contains a semi-crystalline polyolefin polymer carrier and a set of additives, containing a reaction product of an acidic condensation catalyst and secondary diarylamine (R1-Ar)2NH. Semi-crystalline polyolefin polymer carrier is 50–99 wt. %, and the set of additives is 1–50 wt. % of total weight of said composition of superconcentrate additive. Additive superconcentrate composition does not contain an ethylene-silane copolymer. Semi-crystalline polyolefin polymer carrier has degree of crystallinity from 50 to less than 100 wt. %. Acid condensation catalyst is an alkyl-substituted aryl sulphonic acid with 1 or 2 (C5-C20)alkyl substitutes and 1 aromatic group, which is phenyl or naphthyl. Moisture-curable polyolefin composition contains a molded part, containing a superconcentrate composition of an additive and a polyolefin prepolymer with hydrolysable silyl functional groups. In the polyolefin prepolymer, each hydrolysable silyl group is independently a monovalent group: (R2)m(R3)3-mSi(C2-C6)alkenyl. Method of making a moisture-curable polyolefin composition involves mixing a polyolefin prepolymer with hydrolysable silyl functional groups and a ground solid form of the additive superconcentrate composition to produce a mixture; and melting or extruding said mixture to produce a moisture-curable polyolefin composition. Moisture-cured polyolefin composition contains a molded part, which is a product of moisture-cured polyolefin composition.
EFFECT: creation of compositions of superconcentrate additives, which are not subject to phase separation and release of additives, which leads to reduction of their stickiness.
