FIELD: medical technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical models and can be used to practice the skill of cyst enucleation in laparoscopic surgery. The simulator includes a platform, four rectangular trapezoidal racks, removable elastic bands, a clamp and two rubber balls. The platform is made of polymethylmethacrylate. A metal clamp is fixed 8 cm from the side face and 5 cm from the front face. Four rectangular trapezoidal racks are fixed to the platform with an offset of 4.5 cm from the corners of the platform. Triangular cutouts are made 1 cm from the upper base of the racks on their outer sides. Between the racks, removable elastic bands are stretched to simulate a zone of surgical intervention with limited access, in the center of which a rubber ball is fixed with a clamp with the possibility of removal using a laparoscopic dissector and laparoscopic scissors, into which a second ball inflated with air is invaginated.
EFFECT: ensuring the repeated development of the laparoscopic surgery skill.
