FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment for training medical personnel. Simulator for developing manual clipping skill in laparoscopic surgery includes a platform on which columns are arranged in groups, forming a rhombus, on each column in its upper part two limiters are fixed. Platform is made of transparent polymethyl methacrylate, has dimensions of 16×16 cm and thickness of 0.5 cm, the number of columns is 16, the columns are made of metal and have height of 3 cm and diameter of 0.2 cm, arranged symmetrically in four groups of four columns. Each of the four groups forms a rhomb so that the distance between the columns of the group, which form the zone of laparoscopic clips application, is equal to 2 cm. Stationery rubber bands of different colors with diameter of 0.15 cm are stretched on a column with the formation of two rhombuses, consisting of four columns enclosed in stationery rubber bands. Limiters are configured to prevent migration of stretched rubber bands during execution of a task and have diameter of 0.6 cm and thickness of 0.1 cm, and the distance between limiters is 1 cm.
EFFECT: provision of clipping skills training at different angle, simplification and reduction of cost.
