FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, colorectal surgery. The internal sphincter is mobilized to its full depth. Two non-tensioning ligatures are carried out, capturing the internal sphincter to the entire mobilized depth. The internal sphincter is partially intersected in the distal 2/3 of its part, leaving 1/3 of its proximal portion intact. After 2 days, while maintaining the spasm, the remaining portion of the sphincter is crossed between the previously left free ligatures.
EFFECT: method provides the primary intervention without carrying out excessive sphincterotomy and, accordingly, to prevent both fecal incontinence and relapse of the disease, the method is convenient and easy to use, it can be carried out on an outpatient basis or in a hospital for one day.
