FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an ultrasonic imaging device with an ultrasonic sensor configured to obtain a real-time ultrasonic image, which is displayed with contour or reference image superimposed with real-time ultrasonic image using composite transformation. To update the composite conversion, the ultrasonic imaging device acquires a basic three-dimensional ultrasonic (3D-US) image, provided with a mark of the corresponding base orientation of the ultrasonic sensor, measured by the sensor tracker, and one or more reference 3D-US images, each of which is provided with a mark of the corresponding reference orientation. Transformations are calculated for spatial alignment of each reference 3D-US image with basic 3D-US image. Nearest reference 3D-US image is determined, the corresponding orientation of which is closest to the current orientation of the ultrasonic sensor, as measured by the sensor tracking device. Composite transformation is updated to include said transformation for spatial alignment of nearest reference 3D-US image with basic reference 3D-US image.
EFFECT: use of this group of inventions will provide improved visual control in real time for a surgical operation under visual control.
